Refund and Return Policy
If Thomas makes a mistake with your order (e.g. incorrect product sent, item/s missing, shipped to wrong address) we will correct the mistake immediately at no cost to the customer.
If the customer changes their mind about their order before any shipment leaves Thomas Coffee we can still offer full refund. If the customer changes their mind after it has been shipped we are unable to offer a refund.
